The Rabine Group Foundation (RGF) contributes time, talent, and resources to nonprofit organizations that improve the quality of life in our communities. With the support of our sponsors, Board of Directors and employees and leaders of The Rabine Group, we provide aid or assistance to those in need. Our own lives are enriched by our involvement, for which we are grateful.
The Rabine Group Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2007 to contribute personal and monetary resources to organizations improving the quality of life in our communities.
Our Mission is to invest time, talent and funds toward nonprofits focusing on children, disabled, homeless, and veterans.

A percentage of profits from each operating company of The Rabine Group is donated to the Foundation fund annually. This fund is supplemented through fundraising efforts, including our annual golf outing, and generous contributions from donors including Rabine partners and friends, and is distributed as determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors and Committee, which includes employees of The Rabine Group.
Employees and volunteers are united around the mission of making a difference outside the workplace. Company and Foundation leaders are encouraged to lead by example and work alongside team members to contribute time, care, and compassion to the organizations and events which the Foundation supports. Our lives are enriched by our involvement, and we are grateful for the opportunity to get to know the people behind these worthy organizations.
