Whitetopping is the process of paving concrete over existing asphalt pavement. Areas of pavement failure and drainage problems are first addressed then state of the art milling machines are utilized to mill off asphalt to ensure quality base elevations. A 3D laser screed then precisely paves the concrete overlay while Wet Cut Concrete Saws panelize the surface. A special concrete mix design with fiber mesh, along with the panelized surface is used to create a flexible, durable concrete pavement.
