Your estimate process – Our trained staff of pavement consultants physically inspect each individual project, taking detailed notes on drainage conditions, existing elevations, and damage to the asphalt and concrete pavements.  When they are done evaluating your driveway or other residential pavement project, they will provide a break down of work proposed to do, free of cost. Request an estimate.

The majority of the time you do not have to be present when our estimators come out to evaluate your driveway, which makes this process very convenient to you.  The proposal is then given to you for your review.  Our estimators keep copies of every job they estimate, so if you have any questions they can answer them in a timely manner.

Permits – Remember whenever you are doing construction to your residence you should check with your local city, village or township to find out if they require you to obtain a permit and to see if they require inspections.

Accepting our proposal -  When you accept the proposed work, you may mail or fax in a signed copy.  Once received by our office, your work is then tentatively scheduled. Our scheduling department works closely with you to ensure you know when your work will begin, go over any dates that would conflict with other trades or agendas you have. You will receive a reminder call the day/evening before the crews show up to let you know everything is still go to go.

Here come the crews!  Wow talk about a team, from excavation to culvert installation to compaction, our preparation crews pay attention to details, communicate with your estimator, and are professional in all aspects of this process with their customers.

The Rabine Residential Paving Crews come the following day (or within a few days, depending on inspection requirements or weather related factors) after preparation to lay the asphalt.  This team of professionals has the skills, knowledge and up to date equipment to complete your paving project.  They are in constant communication with the Managing Partner of Rabine Residential to report the progress and completion of each job.
