Concrete UltraLot Whitetopping

UltraLot Whitetopping is the process of paving concrete over existing asphalt pavement. Areas of pavement failure and drainage problems are first addressed, then state-of-the-art milling machines are utilized to mill off asphalt to ensure quality base elevations. A 3D laser screed then precisely paves the concrete overlay while wet cut concrete saws panelize the surface. A special concrete mix design with fiber mesh, along with the panelized surface is used to create a flexible, durable concrete pavement.
